The Service includes topic monitoring, AI-powered content generation, and integration with third-party publishing platforms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, biases, or inaccuracies.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (WordPress, TinyEmail, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ContentMixer.ai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
